BY TRAIN: coming from Rome, the
most convenient Stations are CASTIGLIONE
DEL LAGO or CHIUSI. Coming fro Florence
or any place in the north of Italy, the
most convenient places are TERONTOLA or
CASTIGLIONE DEL LAGO.
BY PLANE: INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
OF UMBRIA-S.EGIDIO-PERUGIA.
BY CAR SUD: coming from south:
motorway A1, exit FABRO. Turn left.
After about 500 m turn left following
the signs to “ Chiusi, Città della
Pieve”. Go on for about 15 Km. You will
meet a crossing. Go on straight away
until you find a sign (on the right) to
“Castiglione del Lago”. Turn right. Go
on for about 20 Km . You will find a
sign indicating “Sanfatucchio” on the
left. Turn left. Then turn right and,
after 5 m turn left again following the
signs to “Badia, Gioiella”. After about
6 Km you will find on the right side a
wooden sign that indicates the place.
You are arrived.
BY CAR NORD:
Coming from north: motorway A1, exit
VALDICHIANA-BETTOLLE. Turn right and,
after about 300 m, turn right again to
PERUGIA. You are on a motorway now. Take
the exit CASTIGLIONE DEL LAGO (about 20
Km). Turn left to Castiglione del Lago.
Go on until you arrive in Castiglione
del Lago. Then, always remaining on the
same road, follow the sign to CHIUSI.
After about 2 Km turn right to
Sanfatucchio . Go on for about 1 Km.
Ater a bridge on ther railway turn right,
and go on until you will arrive to a
crossing. Turn right and go on for 3 Km.
You will find on your right a wooden
sign that indicates the place. You are
arrived.
